Resident Advisory Groups (RAGs) provide a structured, collaborative way for residents to share perspectives, raise priorities, and deepen understanding of community operations—helping ensure a smoother, better-informed transition at turnover. Members bring experience from business, education, public service, and volunteer leadership, helping translate resident feedback into thoughtful, practical input for on-site management and HOA leadership.
Participation is guided by shared expectations that promote trust, transparency, and productive dialogue.
All members agree to comply with HOA policies, governing documents, and applicable community guidelines. Participation in a Resident Advisory Group does not confer any authority to act on behalf of the Homeowners Association; members participate solely in their capacity as individual residents.
This website is intended to provide guidance, structure, and reference information for each Resident Advisory Group. However, the day-to-day work of collaboration happens in GroupMe. GroupMe is where members and residents brainstorm ideas, share updates, ask questions, post photos, exchange documents, and stay engaged in real time. To participate fully and stay informed, all residents are strongly encouraged to download and use GroupMe.
